Job Function: IT Operations (Systems/Network Admin)

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain and optimize Job and Compensation architecture to grow with the organization and AI-driven leveling tools
•Design, optimize, and automa te Workday Business Processes (BPs) and use AI to streamline approvals and user experience
•Manage and audit Condition Rules and calculated fields to ensure accurate data routing and system behavior
•Collaborate with stakeholders to translate process knowledge into improvements and explore ML opportunities to automate repetitive tasks
•Create and maintain custom reports/dashboards and use Workday reporting tools to provide proactive workforce insights

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience managing enterprise platforms and applications in complex environments
•5+ years of mandatory experience in Workday HCM (Business Processes, Reporting, Condition Rules), Talent Management, and Learning
•Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
•Administration or implementation experience with Workday in a public, SOX-compliant environment
•Experience with Workday Advanced Comp, and Workday Extend is highly preferable
