•Lead the design and delivery of reliable Java microservices for finance core and finance core reconciliation, ensuring accuracy, performance, and scalability.
•Define and enforce engineering standards and act as the technical bar-raiser for the group.
•Audit, maintain, and improve existing repositories.
•Drive automation to reduce manual reviews and errors using rules engines, validations, alerts, and auto-reconciliation flows.
•Mentor teammates through code/design reviews and knowledge-sharing to elevate domain and engineering maturity across the team.
