Key Responsibilities

  • •Triage, diagnose, and resolve technical incidents across the global Maritime fleet to support product operations.
  • •Partner with software and hardware engineering to translate field telemetry and failure data into upgrades and design improvements.
  • •Oversee collection and analysis of fleet health data to predict and help prevent failures.
  • •Act as a translator between engineering teams, business development stakeholders, and military operators to drive operational decisions.
  • •Support end users with high-priority incident communications and help standardize sustainment playbooks as the fleet grows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 99,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a technical/related field, or equivalent hands-on military, maritime, or industrial technical experience.
  • •Self-starter with a record of high achievement across multiple domains.
  • •Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and guide solutions through complex, unstructured technical challenges.
  • •Ability to communicate and coordinate technical and non-technical efforts across business, engineering, and sustainment functions.
  • •Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security clearance and be based in (or willing to relocate to) Quincy, MA.
