Staff+ Software Engineer, Enterprise AI Products

Own technical design and delivery for enterprise-facing core Claude products, spanning the full stack. Partner with product, design, and go-to-market to turn enterprise workflows into shipped capabilities. Set engineering standards, mentor other engineers, and work directly with enterprise customers and sales to translate learnings into priorities. Partner closely with research to improve domain-specific model capabilities and build multi-step, webhook-triggered agent workflows.
