Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage multiple programs/projects to lead cross-functional efforts to improve supplier quality performance across the global supply chain.
  • •Develop project plans from conception through implementation, ensuring objectives are defined and agreed across teams.
  • •Lead cross-functional teams to achieve program performance objectives; coordinate with internal customers and provide status reports to management and stakeholders.
  • •Manage schedules and task details using project management software such as Jira, SmartSheet, and MS Project.
  • •Identify and resolve program complications and improve business processes, dashboards, metrics, and applications to manage supply chain quality.

Key Requirements

  • •7–10 years in high-tech/industrial sectors, including at least 3 years of program/project management experience.
  • •Experience managing/administrating programs and projects end-to-end, including risk management and execution/status reporting.
  • •Knowledge of program/project management practices in the high-tech industry.
  • •Prior experience in Quality, Quality Management Systems, and Quality Audit/Assessment (preferred).
  • •PM certification strongly preferred.
