Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with the engineering manager, product manager, designer, and a team of engineers to plan, build, and support customer-loved software.
  • •Apply agile software development practices and a product mindset to deliver features that create user value.
  • •Operate with a “You Build It, You Run It” mindset, owning services from code commit through production operation.
  • •Support production systems using monitoring/observability tools such as Datadog and strive for stable observability.
  • •Collaborate with teams outside product engineering and work closely with customers to understand needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep understanding of modern web applications.
  • •Experience building TypeScript/JavaScript applications and using NoSQL databases.
  • •Experience using Python.
  • •Knowledge of event-driven architecture.
  • •Experience using AWS (Serverless) and/or GCP with test automation and production observability practices.
