Job Function: Transportation & Fleet Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage all civil work at substation and transmission line sites, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications and construction schedules
•Create and supervise earthwork, grading, drainage systems, access roads, cable trenches and foundations for substations and transmission lines
•Review, interpret and create civil design drawings, reports and provide practical solutions
•Manage site surveys (geotechnical and ground/LIDAR) for routes and layouts
•Coordinate with electrical/protection/commissioning/project management to resolve interface and constructability issues

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
•6 years of relevant experience or equivalent
•Professional Engineering license (P.E.)
•Proven experience with site grading, drainage, roads, earthworks, and substation layout development
•Proficiency in AutoCAD or MicroStation for civil design and detailing
