Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and plan engineering resources for day-to-day technical enquiries, engine testing troubleshooting, and out-of-scope repair instruction development.
  • •Manage engine investigation and teardown review, including preparation of relevant reports.
  • •Perform engine performance and parts analysis to improve engine build standards and review customer requirements to recommend work scope.
  • •Review and implement recommendations of Technical Publications (e.g., SBs & ADs) and communicate with Service Center Engineering (Montreal) for technical advice.
  • •Support quality improvement using Lean and Root Cause analysis, and provide technical assistance for complex shop equipment; lead/ support process and product improvement projects.

  • •At least 3 years of technical experience in Aerospace Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul.
  • •Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
  • •Strong customer-focused analytical skills for problem solving and teamwork.
  • •Intermediate skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis.
