Job Summary

Support aerospace engine maintenance operations by coordinating engineering resources, troubleshooting during engine testing, and managing investigation/teardown reviews with clear reporting. Analyze engine performance and parts to improve build standards, recommend work scopes to optimize on-wing life, and review technical publications (SBs/ADs). Work with customer teams through technical reviews, liaise with home office service center engineering for guidance, and lead improvement projects using Lean and Root Cause methods.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate and plan engineering resources for day-to-day technical enquiries, engine test troubleshooting, and repair instruction development.
•Manage engine investigation and teardown review, including preparation of relevant reports.
•Perform engine performance and parts analysis to improve engine build standards.
•Review customer requirements and recommend engine work scope to optimize engine on-wing life.
•Review and implement technical publication recommendations (e.g., SBs & ADs) and collaborate with home office engineering for technical advice and instructions.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
•At least 3 years of technical experience in aerospace Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO).
•Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
•Strong customer-focused, analytical problem-solving skills.
•Intermediate skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis.
