Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and maintain trademark and design portfolios, including clearance reviews and registration maintenance.
  • •Collaborate on IP litigation by coordinating with external counsel and overseeing legal proceedings.
  • •Draft and review IP-related documents such as trademark applications, licensing agreements, and co-existence agreements.
  • •Monitor for IP infringement and investigate suspected cases by gathering evidence and conducting legal research.
  • •Provide legal advice and support to the business on trademark, design, and copyright issues, including global risk assessments, enforcement, and oppositions.
