Job Summary

Support enterprise patch management and vulnerability remediation for Windows servers and endpoints. Work with an SCCM/MECM and security team to design, optimize, and operate patching strategies, including Patch Tuesday, out-of-band updates, assessment/testing/deployment/validation, and compliance reporting. Analyze CVE/CVSS data to prioritize remediation risk and partner with cybersecurity teams on threat-aligned patching. Automate patching with PowerShell and troubleshoot SCCM/Windows Update issues.

Key Responsibilities

•Support design, maintenance, and optimization of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) infrastructure and monitor SCCM client health.
•Participate in the end-to-end Windows patch lifecycle (assessment, testing, deployment, validation, and reporting) including Patch Tuesday and urgent/out-of-band patching.
•Analyze vulnerability data (CVE/CVSS) and assist with risk-based prioritization and remediation planning aligned with threat intelligence.
•Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate patching and operational tasks and improve efficiency.
•Assist with endpoint compliance, auditing, reporting, and troubleshooting of failed deployments, update issues, and related incidents, including after-hours support when needed.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
•3–5+ years of experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM).
•Experience supporting enterprise Windows patching environments.
•Experience handling zero-day and out-of-band patching scenarios.
•Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and strong knowledge of Windows Server, Windows 10/11, Windows Update troubleshooting, and risk-based patch prioritization using CVE/CVSS.
