Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of delivering programme vision and direction, driving cohesion and leading by example to establish high-performing team cultures.
  • •Maintain robust assurance frameworks and deliver/manage critical programme functions/services focused on outcomes and benefits realisation.
  • •Deliver commercial and contractual management of commissions, develop client partnerships, and contribute to business development and market expansion.
  • •Drive structured stakeholder engagement and decision-making across senior stakeholders, ensuring effective engagement and management.
  • •Implement processes for financial oversight and reporting, and support risk, health & safety controls and programme-wide risk management strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven programme management experience delivering large-scale/high-profile real estate transformation programmes (£100-£300m+) with demonstrated benefits and outcomes.
  • •Ability to prioritise complex programmes across the lifecycle and operate effectively between programme and project detail.
  • •Project delivery background progressing into programme delivery management within a construction environment.
  • •Experience working on large multidisciplinary teams and understanding construction delivery models, procurement routes, and contracts (NEC, JCT).
  • •Practical knowledge of project controls (schedule, cost, risk/opportunity management) and experience engaging senior clients.
