Own recruiting operations and candidate experience for a high volume of roles, including scheduling, work trials, offer logistics, and maintaining an accurate, well-configured ATS (Ashby). Partner with the People team to design and scale onboarding, keep HRIS/ATS data clean, and coordinate employee lifecycle events such as onboarding, transfers, and location changes. Continuously streamline processes using AI and automation to improve speed and quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate recruiting for a high volume of open roles and ensure a consistent, well-run hiring experience for candidates and interviewers
•Own the candidate experience operationally, including scheduling, work trial coordination, and offer logistics
•Maintain and optimize recruiting systems, keeping the ATS (Ashby) clean and well-configured and managing vendor administration
•Design and own onboarding and onboarding journey coordination across teams from offer acceptance through the first few months
•Maintain people systems and data accuracy across HRIS and ATS while coordinating employee lifecycle events such as onboarding, transfers, and location changes

•Hands-on experience with an ATS (Ashby a plus) and HRIS systems, with strong data accuracy
•Experience scaling or improving HR systems and processes, not just running them as-is
