Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, coordinate, and transform existing work cells into high-performing lean manufacturing work cells using established standard work and methods.
  • •Facilitate Manufacturing Standard Work and Cell Design workshops and Integrated Production Logistics workshops.
  • •Facilitate Lean Bootcamps with factory personnel and staff, and lead advanced Value Stream Mapping events.
  • •Serve as a Lean subject matter expert during CORE Leadership Weeks (CLW) and support internal policy deployment and goal alignment sessions.
  • •Manage lean transformation projects to improve manufacturing processes and develop ROI business cases while coordinating with internal customers across the business.

Key Requirements
