Key Responsibilities

•Own AI Journey end-to-end — vision, execution, and cross-functional alignment.
•Find product-market fit by talking to customers, validating hypotheses, and iterating quickly on real signals.
•Build, not just spec — work directly in the codebase with AI assistance, run experiments, and ship real product to users.
•Drive go-to-market decisions and determine how the product scales from zero to one to ten.
•Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Success.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 241,184 - 266,572 annually

•Zero-to-one growth experience: personally taking a product or feature from zero to millions in revenue with clear GTM and product-market-fit decisions.
•Technical credibility: comfortable opening pull requests and shipping something real to production, not just prototyping.
•Founder-style builder mindset: ability to operate under ambiguity, own the product as a business, and move before the brief is complete.
•High agency and resilience: proactive idea generation, rapid iteration, and relentless shipping despite setbacks.
•Experience with DTC, ecommerce, marketing automation, or AI-driven marketing tools is a plus.
