Job Summary

Work with the Digital Channels Tribe’s API Platform team to support Baltic-level initiatives for Open Banking Third Party Providers, FinTechs, ERPs, and business customers. Ensure APIs are implemented in line with regulations, standards, and local authority agreements. Translate market needs into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, facilitate requirement workshops with delivery teams, and maintain functional documentation and process diagrams.

Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to delivering Baltic-level initiatives to provide world-class API services for Open Banking Third Party Providers, FinTechs, ERPs, and business customers.
•Ensure Open Banking APIs are implemented according to regulation, technical standards, and agreements with local regulatory authorities.
•Monitor market tendencies and collaborate with Third Party Providers and other customers to identify new business ideas and needs.
•Break down requirements into epics, user stories, and development tasks with precise and unambiguous acceptance criteria.
•Facilitate requirement clarification workshops, backlog grooming sessions, and story reviews, and create and maintain functional documentation and process diagrams.

Salary: EUR 2,250 - 3,250 monthly

Key Requirements

•Have a structured, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, and be able to work independently in an agile environment.
•Have knowledge of PSD2 and the Open Banking area, or REST API technology and integrations (advantage).
•Demonstrate strong responsibility, willingness to continuously learn, and a proactive attitude.
•Have strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
•Communicate fluently in Latvian and English.
