Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and launch an end-to-end production model for agentic software development and apply it to graphics systems.
  • •Define the technical strategy and transformation roadmap to turn agentic capabilities into dependable production execution.
  • •Keep the graphics and display roadmap on track, covering new features, platform enablement, performance, stability, and release commitments.
  • •Build and lead an ambitious, highly engaged team, nurturing engineers and technical leaders while evolving the operating model.
  • •Transform the agentic engineering system into a reusable product for other teams, packaging orchestration, tools, evaluations, validators, and methods and driving adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years of engineering management or technical leadership, with a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • •Demonstrated experience delivering production software via autonomous engineering systems that include planning, tool application, retrieval, memory, evaluation, and validation.
  • •Demonstrated ability to turn an ambiguous, fast-paced technical opportunity into a clear strategy, roadmap, and measurable production system while keeping an existing roadmap on track.
  • •Strong foundations in complex production software including systems architecture, debugging, validation, CI/CD, and release engineering.
  • •High-agency, results-focused leadership that enables engineers and technical leaders to deliver results beyond traditional team capacity.
