Key Responsibilities

  • •Build strong, trust-based relationships with small business owners in low- to moderate-income neighborhoods and elevate local needs.
  • •Collaborate with CDFIs and support CRA-eligible community development activities that advance local economic vitality.
  • •Partner with regional and local field leadership to identify outreach opportunities and expand support through Special Purpose Credit Programs (SPCPs).
  • •Connect small businesses with financial solutions, educational tools, mentorship, and operational guidance to support equitable access to credit.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Community Development, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • •Minimum of 3 years in small business development, community outreach, advocacy, or similar roles; exposure to CRA or community development is advantageous.
  • •Strong business acumen for challenges and opportunities for small businesses in low- to moderate-income areas.
  • •Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
