Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish, improve, and optimize business processes for in-fab EUV photomask management and technologies.
  • •Drive process capability enhancement and production cost reduction.
  • •Plan and lead process management projects.
  • •Define and evaluate process parameters for photomask-related equipment.
  • •Perform 8D root-cause analysis for issues and abnormalities and promote new equipment/material evaluations and technology roadmaps.
