•Deeply learn TikTok products, processes, and tools; troubleshoot and escalate agency issues to resolution.
•Optimize and improve TikTok campaign performance for small and medium-sized agencies and identify programmatic scaling opportunities.
•Support team onboarding and liaise with cross-functional teams to structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives.

Key Requirements

•3+ years in account management/client services roles in digital advertising with proven success optimizing client outcomes and revenue growth.

•Proven experience working with agencies or in an agency partnership-type role.
•Ability to influence stakeholders and manage a client portfolio, tasks, and projects in a fast-paced environment.
