  • •Expert troubleshooting across the Apple ecosystem, including MDM tools such as Kandji or Jamf
  • •Advanced Google Workspace administration, including SAML or OIDC, lifecycle automation, and SCIM
  • •Scripting and automation skills using Python or Bash for repetitive tasks and integrations
