Supply and Demand Support Analyst

Own end-to-end resolution of customer cases, including customer engagement, communication, case progression, and coordination across multiple technical service teams. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and drive issues to successful closure, escalating when needed. Build expertise in customers’ configurations and business models, communicate effectively across stakeholders, and document solutions with knowledge articles. Perform root-cause analysis and help drive case reduction initiatives through proactive identification and promotion.
