Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across international jurisdictions, prioritizing a high-quality offboarding experience.
  • •Advise on HR matters including termination, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes while ensuring legal compliance.
  • •Lead and facilitate client and external employee meetings for workforce reduction consultations, administrative hearings, and negotiations in separations and settlements.
  • •Draft, tailor, and administer termination and supplementary documents, maintain employee records with privacy and confidentiality, and process offboarding in Remote’s internal HRIS.
  • •Serve as a subject-matter expert for employee relations and offboarding inquiries, coordinate stakeholders for compliance and audits, and contribute to process improvements and automation.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with legal compliance and sensitivity across jurisdictions.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments, research complex HR issues, and communicate practical recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • •Basic understanding of employee relations, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
