Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or comparable experience; advanced degree preferred, with MBA or Master’s in Engineering or Analytics preferred.
  • •Experience leading large-scale, complex technology program delivery consisting of multiple interlinked projects.
  • •Experience managing/leading technology implementation projects and leading complex governance structures with strong stakeholder management.
  • •Experience using project management and reporting tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, Excel, and Tableau.
  • •Project Management Professional (PMI) or equivalent project management certification (e.g., Prince 2, CSM, CSPO) and employment eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
