Collaborate with global procurement leadership and internal stakeholders to drive cost savings, operational efficiency, and digital procurement tooling across legal, financial, and consulting services.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage RFx events for professional services categories to support supplier selection decisions.
•Identify, evaluate and select suppliers based on defined commercial, operational and compliance criteria.
•Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms with potential and existing suppliers, and document contracts in procurement systems.
•Maintain accurate supplier records, performance metrics, and ensure contract term compliance, escalating issues as needed.
•Ensure procurement activities comply with organizational policies, ESG standards, and regulatory requirements, including ESG supplier reporting.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration or related field
•4-7 years of procurement, sourcing or supply chain operations experience including category management
•Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management and contract administration in professional services environments
•Excellent data analysis skills with ability to interpret supplier data, spend trends and market intelligence
•Fluent English communication skills (oral and written)
