Job Summary

Supervise end-to-end health claims administration operations for a client in Florida, ensuring highest quality of service. Distribute work, track and communicate productivity and quality metrics, and review audit appeals. Monitor team production goals, handle escalated claims processing issues, and report results and challenges to higher-level leadership. Work onsite at the Manila office with shift hours from 9:00 pm to 6:00 am PST (Mon–Fri), with possible overtime and weekend coverage as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise processes and/or claims processing teams to ensure the highest quality of service.
•Distribute work, calculate and communicate productivity and quality results, and review audit appeals.
•Monitor team production goals and report results and issues to higher-level leadership.
•Assist the team with escalated claims processing issues.
•Manage team coverage as needed, including overtime and potential weekend work based on business requirements.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of strong end-to-end Health Claims domain knowledge.
•2+ years of experience in a Team Leader role.
•Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills, with ability to work independently.
•Proficiency with data entry and word processing, working knowledge of MS Office applications, and experience navigating web-based applications.
•Detail-oriented with ability to organize, multi-task, make decisions, and work in a team environment.
