Operations Manager, Facilities Maintenance

Lead and manage a multi-shift group of compounding facility technicians by running predictive and preventive maintenance across lab equipment in the pharmacy. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air compression, and HVAC systems; perform calibration and testing; and maintain CMMS tracking, equipment logs, and maintenance records. Identify trends, minimize downtime from breakdowns, and coordinate with quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and production to support compliance and continuous improvement.
