Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with assigned COS to grow, maintain, and support existing Oncology customers.
  • •Build relationships with key personnel at assigned Oncology accounts to facilitate unit growth.
  • •Analyze and monitor patient testing to ensure patients follow the Oncologist-prescribed protocol.
  • •Assess the needs of medical professionals and staff to provide customer support, coordinate logistics, and solve problems.
  • •Serve as a product/process expert, educate medical professionals on Natera tools, and maintain internal KPIs for patient retention and fulfilled order volume.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • •Medical assistant, clinical support, patient liaison, or nursing background in oncology, or at least 2 years of medical sales experience.
  • •Strong interpersonal and analytical skills with the ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • •Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills for presenting to internal and external customers.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (and ability to quickly learn software and reporting systems).
