Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day technology directions and run operations within the VMware/Nutanix HCI and Dell/Lenovo/Splunk/Cisco infrastructure platform.
  • •Handle IT incidents and requests within service level agreement commitments.
  • •Maintain IT operations by monitoring system performance metrics and taking proactive actions.
  • •Support site expansion and global project execution.
  • •Review system logs, conduct trend analysis, and collaborate with solution/enterprise architects on architectural changes, disaster recovery planning, and documentation for global operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Recommend English ability of TOEIC higher than 650 grades.
  • •Major in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Information Management, or related fields.
  • •Familiarity with programming skills such as Microsoft PowerShell and Linux shell.
  • •Experience and skills in data analysis tools such as Splunk.
  • •Experience with Dell/Lenovo/Cisco hardware and server infrastructure architecture (e.g., VMware, Nutanix HCI, Linux/MS solutions, TCP/IP, and K8S/Docker/OpenShift is a plus).
