•Act as a strategic advisor, partnering with clients to grow the business through social intelligence, analytics, and traditional market research.
•Lead internal teams on research design, project execution, and deliverables to meet client objectives and drive insights.
•Guide quantitative and qualitative assessments of consumer conversations across social platforms and unstructured data sets.
•Lead and consult with account teams on research design, insights development, data visualization, and storytelling.
•Mentor and champion service-line initiatives to foster collaboration, development, and expertise.
