Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the PM Office for Satair, coordinating several integrated PM disciplines with adequate resource and financial management
  • •Deploy and monitor project management processes, including project plan, schedule, resource plan, risk register, communication plan and documentation
  • •Implement KPIs and visual management boards, identify deviations from baseline and propose preventive/corrective actions
  • •Manage extensive stakeholder and interface management to support integrated project management for ASPB/MMIP OBS Pillar 1b
  • •Drive projects end-to-end (setup, ramp-up, execution, closure) using LBIP or Agile methods across Satair and Airbus to meet time, cost and quality targets

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Business or Economics, Supply Chain or similar
  • •2+ years of experience in a B2B company in a project management role or from a consulting company
  • •Negotiation level English language
  • •Strong stakeholder management and collaboration with Executives leaders in Airbus and Satair
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills with a problem-solving mindset and ability to drive objectives
