Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete a two-year rotational Applications Engineering Leadership Development Program (optional 3rd year) to develop future application engineers.
  • •Rotate through manufacturing and test functions and exposure to end customers at assignment locations.
  • •Build hands-on power distribution and control product knowledge across a variety of Eaton electrical products.
  • •Gain exposure to both Applications Engineering and Sales Engineering functions at each location.
  • •Participate in mentorship, networking, and formal presentations showcasing success to organizational leaders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering from an accredited institution (graduation date before July 2027).
  • •Minimum overall cumulative GPA of 2.8.
  • •Minimum one internship or co-op experience (or equivalent 3 months of relevant experience) completed by the time of application.
  • •Geographically flexible to relocate within the United States for the duration of the Development Program.
  • •Must be able to work without Eaton providing employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
