Job Summary

Serve as a Field CTO technical advisor to Celonis’ most strategic prospects and customers, partnering with C-level stakeholders to translate transformation goals into scalable architecture and roadmaps. Lead data, cloud, and innovation strategy for key accounts, architect first-of-a-kind solutions leveraging Agentic AI and Process Intelligence. Collaborate with Sales and Value Engineering to drive revenue through new acquisition and strategic up-selling, while feeding product and engineering insights back from the market.

•Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, aligning long-term strategic goals with Celonis’ technical vision.
•Lead data, cloud, and innovation strategy for largest global accounts using Capability Mapping to identify high-value opportunities.
•Architect first-of-a-kind solutions using emergent technologies like Agentic AI to solve complex enterprise challenges.
•Partner with Sales and Value Engineering to drive revenue through new customer acquisition and strategic up-selling.
•Deliver customer-facing position papers, assets, and presentations, and act as a feedback loop between Product/Engineering and the market.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 191,000 - 255,000 annually

Key Requirements

•15 to 20 years of relevant experience, ideally as a CTO, Field CTO, or Director/VP of Enterprise Architecture.
•Proven ability to present complex technical visions to C-suite stakeholders with business value emphasis.
•Deep experience in Enterprise Modernization and EA methodologies, with robust understanding of Agentic AI.
•Strong technical foundation in data architecture, API ecosystems, and cloud-native SaaS solutions such as Salesforce and ServiceNow.
•MSc in Computer Science (or equivalent IT-related field).
