Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily troubleshooting, inspection, and maintenance of production equipment to ensure safe, reliable plant operations.
  • •Conduct routine patrols/checks of critical systems and equipment (e.g., pumps, fans, valves, homogenizers, packaging and compounding machines).
  • •Execute preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance work orders while ensuring maintenance records are properly completed.
  • •Support new-site commissioning and stabilization activities (equipment readiness, trial run, ramp-up, and timely issue escalation).
  • •Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure safe execution of maintenance with compliance to safety, quality, permit-to-work, and housekeeping requirements; drive 5S and reliability/continuous improvement including night-shift/emergency support as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or a related engineering discipline.
  • •5+ years of maintenance experience in fine chemical, food, pharmaceutical, fragrance/perfumery, or other process manufacturing environments.
  • •Strong hands-on maintenance capability across mechanical equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, pumps, fans, agitators, valves, and packaging/compounding or utility systems.
  • •Strong safety, quality, and compliance mindset, able to follow EHS, maintenance SOPs, permit-to-work, and housekeeping requirements.
  • •Good communication and coordination skills to work with production, engineering, EHS, quality, and external contractors to resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
