Superintendent - Operations

Lead the Curtis Bay terminal in executing continuous product movements and ensuring workforce safety and customer product safekeeping. Manage compliance with company policies and government regulations (EPA, DOT, MDE, US Coast Guard), oversee operating expenses, and ensure adherence to union and commercial contracts. Develop and coach operators through training programs and performance management, coordinate with operations teams on work orders and inventory, and maintain customer communications and product quality through lab services direction.
