Key Responsibilities

  • •Embed operational resilience considerations from the earliest stages of change initiatives.
  • •Assess proposed changes and associated resilience activities to ensure they don’t increase the operational resilience risk profile.
  • •Develop and test resilience controls and recovery plans ahead of final implementation.
  • •Integrate changes affecting important business suppliers into resilience activities, including impact tolerances, mapping, vulnerabilities, and framework updates.
