Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver consistent customer service, meeting operational and sales goals determined by retail management.
  • •Process teller transactions accurately (deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, change orders) and communicate account information to customers.
  • •Maintain cash drawer limits and daily balancing; report cash outages and follow teller over/short policies.
  • •Verify identification and follow compliance procedures, including transaction reporting (e.g., CTRs, SARs, Reg CC holds).
