Key Requirements

  • •Strong scientific and operating background with experience taking ideas from concept to results in a company setting (MD/PhD not required).
  • •Experience in a multidisciplinary role at a high-growth life sciences company or a leading science-focused investment/venture firm.
  • •Experience founding or joining as a founding team member of a biotechnology startup.
  • •Excellent scientific judgment and entrepreneurial instinct, with a track record of identifying impactful opportunities early.
  • •Ability to execute independently—senior enough for real judgment and hands-on enough to build things yourself.
