Job Summary

Support pre-litigation and litigation matters for the Core Legal Team, managing legal holds, document collection, and deadline tracking while leading responses to law enforcement requests. Own legal intake and matter management workflows, maintain accurate legal records and playbooks, and oversee vendor/outside counsel onboarding. Partner on regulatory compliance initiatives and government responses, researching and drafting materials as needed, while using AI and automation to improve legal operations.

•Support pre-litigation and litigation matters, including legal holds, document collection, and deadline tracking.
•Coordinate responses to law enforcement requests such as subpoenas, search warrants, and liens.
•Manage legal intake by triaging the legal inbox, routing/escalating inquiries, and coordinating with stakeholders to resolve open issues.
•Maintain legal records and matter management tools to ensure database accuracy and generate operational reports.
•Oversee vendor/outside counsel onboarding and fee arrangement tracking, and update legal playbooks and SOPs using AI/automation to improve efficiency.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 98,113 - 145,943 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (paralegal certification is a plus).
•4+ years of administrative and paralegal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
•Experience supporting litigation, law enforcement requests, and/or regulatory compliance matters.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
