Job Summary

Support the ICG (APAC) Director to run Infrastructure Control Governance across Continuous Control Monitoring, Infrastructure Controls, Vulnerability Oversight, Issue Remediation Oversight, Audit Prep, and Access Management. Own governance for standardized, centralized, audit-ready control documentation and centralized inventories with traceability. Lead control monitoring dashboards using KCIs/CIs, enable AI-driven anomaly detection and alerts, and help define AI guardrails, evidence-based reporting, and stakeholder governance forums.

Key Responsibilities

•Support end-to-end execution of ICG functions aligned with enterprise risk and compliance frameworks.
•Establish and maintain standardized process, risk, and control frameworks and manage centralized inventories with audit traceability.
•Standardize and centralize control documentation to ensure version control and audit readiness.
•Design and govern Control Monitoring dashboards using KCIs/CIs, and oversee AI-driven monitoring for anomalies, control failures, trends, alerts, and remediation.
•Help define and implement AI governance guardrails (including validation/auditability) and support governance, risk, and compliance reporting for audits and regulators.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of experience in IT Risk, Infrastructure Controls, or Cybersecurity domains.
•Strong knowledge of control frameworks (SOX, SOC, NIST, FFIEC).
•Proven experience in control lifecycle management and control automation programs.
•Hands-on experience with dashboards and tools (Power BI, ServiceNow).
•Experience leveraging AI/ML for control documentation, monitoring, or analytics.
