Job Summary

Serve as a Private Client Banker within the Key Private Client Program, building trusted client relationships and delivering plan-based financial advice. Assess client financial needs, gather and document information, and provide recommendations by matching appropriate investment and insurance solutions. Meet sales and referral goals by prospecting, developing centers of influence, partnering with branch teammates, and ensuring compliance. Support branch operations and assist on the teller line as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver plan-based financial advice by assessing client needs, gathering and documenting client data, and recommending appropriate investment and insurance solutions.
•Listen for financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and refer suitable sales professionals when needed across business lines.
•Build and maintain a client referral pipeline by identifying and developing centers of influence, prospecting, and documenting calling efforts.
•Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products and services and competitive offerings to support meaningful conversations.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures while supporting branch operations and assisting with teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required), with a bachelor’s degree preferred.
•Experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products (required).
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
•Interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and influence business partners using internal/external centers of influence (required).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing).
