Key Responsibilities

  • •Review, process, print, and follow through on e-commerce orders from start to finish.
  • •Process online store orders into the accounting system and prepare them for shipment.
  • •Review each order for accuracy, including address, payment, and product details.
  • •Ensure orders are completed end-to-end to support daily shipping.
  • •Answer customer service phone calls and respond to email requests related to orders.
