Job Summary

Own and drive global apparel procurement strategies to deliver competitive, should-costing product cost at scale. Define category roadmaps and procurement targets, run end-to-end RFPs with international manufacturing partners, and build component-level “clean sheets” for pricing transparency and buy plan approvals. Partner with technology to embed procurement playbooks into vendor and product catalog tools, using analytics and AI (LLMs/scenario analysis) to automate and improve negotiation outcomes while supporting Quince’s sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute commercial roadmap and vendor distribution strategy for assigned apparel categories to improve margins.
•Structure and run end-to-end RFP bidding processes to secure optimal cost and commercial terms, including vendor identification through award.
•Create and use component-level clean sheets to drive pricing transparency and approve optimum cost for buy events within categories.
•Partner upstream with material managers and tier 1/tier 2 vendors to align material benefits into finished goods costing and support early-stage cost optimization.
•Identify and execute value creation opportunities to reshape the supply chain (e.g., verticalization and volume consolidation), including building an AI agent to run RFP systematically and perform scenario analyses.

Key Requirements

•12-15 years of experience in global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management in a retail apparel environment.
•Proven track record running competitive RFP processes with international manufacturing partners.
•Hands-on experience building and leveraging clean sheets for cost negotiation.
•Strong analytical skills with comfort making data-driven decisions.
•Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
