•Define and articulate a product vision, strategy, and roadmap for toolchain observability across the software delivery lifecycle.
•Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and unmet needs.
•Establish the AI direction for how AI agents and autonomous workflows benefit from Develocity’s observability capabilities.
•Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements and translate business needs into functional requirements.
•Partner with sales and marketing on go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and enterprise materials.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 240,000 annually
