Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver post-sales engineering implementation services for network solutions, including requirements definitions, implementation plans, and end-to-end system design.
  • •Stage equipment, create and test configurations, and deploy software and/or hardware network solutions spanning geographic separation.
  • •Assess solution specifications as customer requirements change and recommend solution changes that optimize value for customers and BBOX.
  • •Prepare documentation for internal and external clients detailing system designs and configuration of deployed solutions.
  • •Coordinate remotely with Smart Hands and project managers, troubleshoot issues, manage client expectations, and ensure deployments meet on-time delivery, SLA, and customer satisfaction objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, MIS, IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • •5+ years delivering engineering deployment responsibilities: complex requirements assessment, solution design, and implementation in the technology services industry.
  • •Post-sales engineering experience for network solutions including implementation plans, end-to-end designs, equipment staging, configuration creation/testing, and deployment of software and/or hardware network solutions across geographic separation.
  • •Strong networking fundamentals for data center and enterprise environments, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancing, DMZ, and DDI.
  • •Cisco CCNP/CCNA or Arista ACE (or related) certifications preferred; must be able to work within change management processes and compile documentation to standards.
