Job Summary

Oversee the sales floor for a specific Sephora location, covering departments such as Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance & Haircare. Ensure the on-stage cast executes Sephora’s selling model and responds to client feedback, while supporting training on client interactive technology. •Oversee all sales floor departments within the assigned Sephora location, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance & Haircare (or a combination).
•Ensure on-stage cast execute Sephora’s selling model and support timely responses to client feedback per department.
•Partner with direct managers to action client-related issues/feedback through the client service hotline or direct client feedback.
•Support training for World selling cast in client interactive technology.
•Support in-store events and coach performance management situations within the assigned area, including regular check-ins with direct reports.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 22.2 - 26.1 hourly

Key Requirements

•1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store (or equivalent internal experience).
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence business partners clearly and concisely.
•Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop cast to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.
