Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist Project Managers and operations leads with financial and performance planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • •Initiate, monitor, and maintain proper project setup in Deltek Costpoint via PSF submissions (funding, revenue/billing, ceilings, labor categories, billing rates, workforce).
  • •Develop budgets and cost/schedule baselines; monitor actuals, commitments, burn rate, and resolve issues.
  • •Prepare monthly financial forecasts/EACs, conduct variance analysis, perform monthly unbilled analysis, and communicate project status to management.
  • •Support A/R and A/P: ensure correct vendor payment coding, track PO commitments, initiate purchase requisitions, review draft invoices, monitor invoice billing/payment status, and perform accrual calculations.

Key Requirements

  • •8-10 years of experience in a related field.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business.
  • •MS Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, pivot tables).
  • •Experience with Federal Government contract types (Cost Plus, T&M, FFP, etc.).
  • •Solid understanding of EACs, ETCs, unbilled analysis, and core project financial concepts.
