•Own end-to-end performance of the spares portfolio and accessories across key clusters.
•Drive spares lifecycle management from introduction to phase-out aligned to product lifecycle and installed base evolution.
•Translate forecasting outputs into actionable spares priorities and portfolio optimization, including rationalisation and prioritisation by demand criticality.
•Own spare-part availability and service level performance across all channels, proactively managing supply risks while balancing service and cost/obsolescence constraints.
•Act as voice of the market by translating cluster demand drivers into structured inputs for forecasting analytics and ensuring models reflect service reality.

Key Requirements

•Strong experience in spares, aftersales, service operations, or portfolio/category management.
•Deep understanding of spares demand drivers such as fail rates, installed base, and repair cycles.
