Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise trade capture, exception management, and routing of trades to downstream systems, including settlement and cash transaction handling.
  • •Oversee diagnostics/reporting, investigate exceptions, resolve queries within agreed turnaround times, and ensure timely signoffs.
  • •Manage cash exception handling (cash reconciliation), journals input, reimbursements and payments, balance monitoring, and small residual write-offs.
  • •Enable the global operating model and ensure governance via daily/weekly tracker updates; publish management reports by deadlines.
  • •Lead team performance against KPIs, handle performance/appraisals and escalations, drive process improvements/technology upgrades, and support internal/external audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance/accounting with 5+ years of relevant funds administration experience.
  • •Ability to handle teams, monitor operational goals, and manage personnel issues.
  • •Strong understanding of the trade life cycle and trade processing activities.
  • •Excellent knowledge of capital markets, financial instruments, and accounting principles/fund accounting model.
  • •Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with trade/valuation and investment operations (e.g., SimCorp Dimension).
