Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and implement ESD protection structures for analog products using TI’s analog processes.
  • •Perform ESD reviews on TI analog products.
  • •Troubleshoot ESD failures on TI analog products that do not meet internal or customer qualification requirements.
  • •Assist with the design and development of test structures for ESD assessment of TI analog process technologies.
  • •Maintain ESD protection structure libraries and ESD design guideline documents for TI design engineers and I/O cell developers.

Key Requirements

  • •Ph.D. with 3 years of experience or MSEE with 5 years of experience in Analog ESD Design support.
  • •Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit operation.
  • •Knowledge of diode, resistor, bipolar, and FET high-current device physics.
  • •Experience with typical CMOS and analog silicon process flows and underlying process physics.
  • •High-voltage ESD design (>20V) and hands-on lab experience to troubleshoot and improve ESD protection.
