Senior Manager, Product Sourcing Engineer

Lead sourcing strategy and execution for rocket motor product development, partnering with engineering, program office, and production leadership to support program and manufacturing goals. Manage a team of sourcing engineers and subcontract managers who serve as the central supply chain point of contact internally and externally. Own supplier relationships, negotiate complex commercial terms, drive process improvements with KPI-based reporting, and mitigate supply-chain risks to achieve cost, quality, and delivery targets.
